Warranties, Terms and Conditions

1. No returns or claims allowed after 30 (thirty) days from date of delivery of goods without a restocking fee.  See returns and exchange page for more details.

2. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

3. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the purchase of items on this site or any item or service provided by Andrew Christian, Inc. shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall take place in Glendale, California, USA.

4. In the event it is necessary for any party to undertake legal action to enforce any of the terms, conditions or rights contained herein, or to defend any such action, or to prevent any breach, then the prevailing party in any such action shall be entitled to recover from the other party all reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses relating to such legal action.
