We recommend you ship returned items back to us using a method that gives you a tracking number.
Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.
We do not accept returns after 365 days of your receipt.
We can not process returns from purchases made at the Andrew Christian Boutiques at the address above. If you would like to return a purchase made at one of our physical stores, please return the purchase to the store where you purchased it.
Additionally, we can not process returns from online purchases at our retail boutiques. If you would like to return a purchase made online at AndrewChristianShop.com you must ship it to the address above.
